Develop and maintain relationships with customers via multiple channels including BBB, Social Media, Blogs, etc.
Facilitate communications with customers via several channels.
Advocate the customer while resolving issues.
Keep records of customer interactions, cases, complaints, and actions taken.
Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for presentation and working directly with Call Center Leadership team to analyze raw performance data
Tactical Description:
· Answer customer calls hourly
· Follow up with customer claims
· Accurate memo maintenance
PC usage is frequent, and applicant must possess considerable knowledge and experience in the application/operation of software programs that go beyond basic word processing.
Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
- Aligns with the Company vision and is responsible for meeting and exceeding company standards of customer service, sales targets, and employee training within effective leadership and management.
- Execution of operations, merchandising, and administration tasks.
- This position reports to the District Manager and oversees the Co-Manager, Assistant Manager, and all Staff Associates.
Position Summary: Warehouse Pick, Pack, Ship Associate / Receiver
The Sales Specialist is responsible for upholding the company standards regarding sales and service by embracing and living the Credo. The specialist has the responsibility for practicing and demonstrating the 7 principles of selling.
REPORTS TO: Store Management Team
This position requires the training, development, and counseling of employees. Candidate must be prepared to communicate and enforce company policies and procedures. Additional responsibilities include aiding the store manager preparing weekly budgetary reports, creating extraordinary sales, and maintaining outstanding visual store presentation.
