According to MTV & All Hip Hop, the deal will work as a joint venture between Young Money and Cash Money, with Universal Republic distributing his music. It has been confirmed by numerous News outlets that the King of Pop, Michael Jackson has passed away. Jackson, who was born in Gary, Indiana, suffered a cardiac arrest in Los Angeles, CA on Thursday, June 25th. He was 50 years. The musical genius is survived by 3 children.

Today, June 16th, 2009, would have marked Tupac's 37th birthday. The Rapper, born Tupac Amaru Shakur, was gunned down in a fatal shooting on September 7th, 1996 in Las Vegas.
He leaves a rich and dynamic catalog of music behind. Some of his classics include "Dear Mama", "California Love", "Brenda's Got a Baby", "Keep Ya Head Up" and numerous others.
