Welcome to Coco's World

February 26, 2010 / Posted in Beauty / Gossip / Interviews
Tags: COCO

By Souleo. Model Coco is out to prove something and that's that there is more to her than the size of her rump or the fact that she is Ice-T's wife.  To show this other side she's slowly diverting attention away from her physical assets to her other gifts such as designing her own forthcoming Licious jeans line and working on an upcoming superhero novel book series.  Still, Coco can't seem to get away from the controversy and rumors.  In this JimmyJazz.com interview Coco talks it all including not minding being famous for her butt, rumors about her and Ice-T's sex life, her willingness to get more plastic surgery, her near death experience, why she doesn't mind being labeled a dumb blonde and more.

On the Coco you don't know:

People don't see me as wifey.  They see me as a crazy wild party girl.  I cook and clean and scrub toilets and wash my clothes.  I'm not all about the party all the time.  I juggle my husband's career and mine and I handle our calendar.  He has lectures, appearances, interviews, filming and I have my own shoots and everything.  I love it.  Ice tells me to do one thing at a time but I do five at one time and he laughs at me

On being famous for her butt:

I don't mind.  Everyone needs to be known somehow.  J.Lo is known for her butt so why can't Coco be known for her butt?  So no matter if you're a celebrity or not if there's a girl with a big booty who stands out then they'd talk about that one girl.

On the popularity of the big butt:

I think it's gonna be hot for one second and will turn just like anything else.  We have to think of something to talk about and this body part thing will go to another body part at some point.  So I guess ride the train as it's happening.

On plastic surgery:

When I did my boobs I didn't have a mentor and I wish I waited.  So that's why I had to do them again.  I would do more plastic surgery but I am fine right now.  As I get older it just depends on what starts sagging.

On love and relationships before Ice-T:

I've never had problems with love.  I just hook on and am into someone for years.  The boyfriend before Ice we were together for five years.  He was a nerd, worked for Intel and was a body builder guy.  I thought I was in love.  Then when I separated from him and fell in love with Ice it was so different.  He always wanted me around him and I wanted to do the same.  He wanted to go and do my nails and hair with me.  I consider Ice my girlfriend.  I can talk to him about anything.  It's very cool.

On the rumors about her and Ice-T's wild sex life:

I don't mind.  We are a sexy couple in front of and behind the camera.  So that's not a story.  What I don't like is when they talk bad between us.  We have a perfect relationship.  We are just a fun happening couple and people transcend that into being slutty and us having an open relationship which is not true.

On the fitness competition that almost killed her:

Winning Miss Eugenia in the fitness competition in Mexico was the hardest thing in my life.  I almost died.  They work you to the bone.  I passed out so many times.  There was exhaustion, no eating and drinking no water 'cause you don't want that in your tissues.  So I was literally dying but I said I need to win and I did.  I'll never do a fitness competition again.

On being labeled a "dumb blonde"

I get that all the time but I get more out of people when I act like that.  They don't think you're smart so they will tell you smart stuff.  I just calculate it in my head and later on I'll go to Ice and say this person told me this.  So I'm a magnet and I absorb a lot.  I act dumb but that's only to collect information.

On her upcoming Licious Jeans line:

I've always had problems with things on the rack fitting me.  I would have to get them cut and have them trimmed in the waist.  So I'm like why not do a line with just jeans with stretchy material for women shaped like me?  I don't think you need to be super skinny.  So we got some great fabulous designs and girls are gonna go crazy.  I can't wait.  Even those guys that get dressed up in girl stuff will love it!

Get the Party Started: 10 Tips from Patty Laurent

February 22, 2010 / Posted in Interviews / Music / Style
Tags: Ludacris / Ne-Yo / Outkast / Patty Laurent / Robin Thicke

By Souleo. When it comes to throwing a party, few do it as well as veteran celebrity event planner, Patty Laurent.  For almost 20 years under her own company, Patty Laurent Signature, she has coordinated corporate events for Pontiac Automobiles and Bud Light along with album release and birthday parties for celebrities such as Ne-Yo, Ludacris, Robin Thicke, and Outkast.  Her events have garnered press in the New York Post, the NY Daily News, Vibe Magazine and more.  Now Patty is bringing her expertise to JimmyJazz.com readers with ten tips on how to bring an A-list Hollywood party vibe to your own personal affair.

One:  Have a theme...

You have to create an atmosphere.  For example, if you're going with a Hawaiian theme then make sure when they walk in the room they get what is going on.

Two:  Know who is coming...

Make sure that you manage a really good guestlist and get those little RSVP's.

Three:  Clean up...

Please don't have a party in your messy house.  How you present your home says a lot about you.  If guests come into a dirty house then more than likely they won't eat the food or drink the water.

Four:  Don't make them wait...

You must be prepared before the guests arrive.  The last thing you want is to have guests sit and wait for you to do set-up of food and drinks.

Five:  Something in common...

If you don't want your guests going into your bedroom or private areas then there should be a common area where your guests can mingle.

Six:  You make the rules...

Whatever you don't like going on in your house should not happen at your party.  So make the rules known before your guests get out of hand.

Seven:  Be a pro about it...

You can make your home feel like a special event with the proper staffing.  So hire a bartender or some servers.  It's not expensive.  This way your guests don't feel like they're going to your aunt's house and mixing their own drinks.

Eight:  Show the love...

The host/hostess should be great and make people feel like they are important.  When people leave their house they already feel like they are stars so you have to make them feel like superstars.

Nine:  Break the ice...

If it's a small gathering of friends come up with games and activities especially if they don't know each other so they can interact.

Ten:  Get into the groove...

You absolutely must have the right music and the right DJ in order to get the party started.

Introducing: Amadeus

February 21, 2010 / Posted in Interviews / Music
Tags: Amadeus

By Souleo. If you want to know the secret ingredient tot a hit song most of the times you don't have to look any further than the person behind the boards: the producer.  For artists such as T.I., 50 Cent and Keyshia Cole that secret weapon is Bronx, New York native, Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson.

To get to where he is Amadeus had to endure the strife of industry politics.  One major case involves Foxy Brown's brother, Gavin Marchand taking a co-producer credit on the Foxy song Amadeus solely produced, "My Life," for the Cradle 2 the Grave soundtrack.  The situation left Gavin with half of the royalties and Amadeus struggling to rectify it all which he eventually accomplished.

Still Amadeus holds no grudges toward Foxy or her brother for the incident but takes it all as a learning lesson.

"I wasn't sure if Foxy knew what he was doing but who knows?  We never spoke about it and it is what it is.  I don't hold grudges.  I just learned how important it is to have spirituality.  The industry is hard with all of the politics but I'm not gonna stop," he said.

Amadeus certainly isn't stopping as the most recent signee to Diddy's production team, The Hitmen.  While many would think this position would mean smooth sailing Amadeus notes that the grind never ends.

"Regardless of the integrity or name of the camp you are coming on board after the fact, which means nothing when they are already established.  So you have to prove yourself and put the work in to really make it happen.  Nothing comes to me so I still go out there and get," he said.

With a full calendar for 2010 Amadeus is getting it all as this year which will see the release of tracks with, Trina, The Game, DJ Kay Slay and Redman and many others.  Plus, Amadeus will hit the road with Trey Songz as his musical director for the BP3 Tour.

JizzleJazzle's Horoscope Feb 20 - Feb 26 2010

February 20, 2010 / Posted in Horoscope
Tags: Horoscope / JizzleJazzle

Aries, Leo and Sagittarius:

Creativity is in the air and you're inhaling it all.  Now it's time to exhale.  Let those creative juices squirt out and shoot all over the place.  Uhm, is this starting to sound a little too risqué?  You know what I mean!

Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo:

This week the last song you want to hear is "We are Family," and I don't blame ya.  Tell your uncle you ain't got $20; tell your grandmother stop talking about the end of days before it's the end of hers; tell your mama you'll get a romantic partner when she considers living at the nursing home instead of yo' crib; and tell your cousins they gotta babysit their own bad a** kids.  Family is great but don't let 'em drive you crazy now.  So tell them all to back off for the moment while you do you.

Libra, Aquarius and Gemini:
You might be tempted this week to do some things you know you shouldn't and one of them is cheating.  Let me tell ya it ain't worth it.  This advice comes from a former serial cheater who just couldn't resist the fire in my loins to jump on somebody's bones and starting chewing.  Ooooohhhhhweeeeee!  Child, all you gotta do is take a mental snapshot of the one you want to cheat with and when you're making love with your partner just put that mental snapshot back in your head.  Trust me it'll feel like an orgy for the price of one.

Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces:
Sometimes you can't see the mountain top when you're climbing up and it feels never ending.  But I want you to know that you gotta stay on course this week if you're to meet your goals.  Only losers give up on their dreams which is how I ended up here.  Bottom line: don't give up!

I'm JizzleJazzle and remember don't be good, be fabulous!

JizzleJazzle's Horoscope Feb 13 - Feb 19 2010

February 14, 2010 / Posted in Horoscope
Tags: Horoscope / JizzleJazzle

Aries, Leo and Sagittarius:
Ever heard the phrase "mind yours?"  Well, if ya ain't now it's time you get to know it.  This week you will be tempted to bury your nose in everyone's business but honey fall back.  If you feel the urge to stick your nose someplace it doesn't belong make sure it's up your you-know-what and not up someone else's.

Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo:
Baby it's time to stop feeling sorry for yourself because no one else does.  Sure you may feel taken advantage of this week but moping around won't solve anything.  So bust out some stilettos, a loud horrid 1980's business suit with zebra prints, transform your hair with a can of Aerosol until it reaches the ceiling and work that hairbrush into a microphone all up and down your hallway singing Patti LaBelle's, "I got a new attitude..."  Fellas ya can get into this exercise of self-empowerment too with some Patti drag.  Don't be scared!

Libra, Aquarius and Gemini:
This week you are a joy to behold.  You bring light and sunshine into everyone's day with your upbeat energy.  Now you know usually JizzleJazzle has something slick to say but all I can say this week is keep up the positive energy.  Whatever you're doing this week to keep ya happy: uppers, pill-popping, aphrodisiacs just keep doin' it baby!  (I kid, I kid-except for the aphrodisiacs).

Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces:
Uhm, you need to chill this week with all the criticisms.  Your point comes across better when you tell someone nicely that they're getting to be the size of a house or that they smell like a dried up 87 year old snatch with moth balls.  So play nice and be fair.  Honesty is appreciated but only when it comes from love, like how I do (hehe)!

I'm JizzleJazzle and remember don't be good, be fabulous!

Willie Taylor’s Sex Tape

February 11, 2010 / Posted in Gossip / Music
Tags: Day 26 / Willie Taylor

By Souleo. Well, not quite.  Willie Taylor of Day 26 may have had naked pictures leaked last year but the only sex tape he is issuing is his latest mixtape entitled, Sex Tape.  Sorry for the tease.  Throughout the mixtape Willie offers up tales of pleasure but what you may be surprised to know is that he didn't always know how to "Knock it Out of the Park," when it came to his sexual prowess.  As a young man he revealed to JimmyJazz.com that he had a lot to learn about the art of making love.

"I thought I was good but I had a couple of teachers who helped me get better.  I thought it was about hearing noises.  My young age wanted to hear noise and screaming for the neighbors.  Plus in high school the girls like you and the guys boost you on so I started feeling like I was the king but that wasn't so," he said.

Willie has now reached a place where he is confident in his, ahem, skills.

"In my older life I realized there's so much more.  So now I don't want loud screams.  I want passionate ones and to take my lady to a place she never been before and keep her going there every time.  Now I feel like I'm at a point where I can say I'm good and my wife vouches for that," he said.

Still with all the confidence he has now he doesn't see himself as a sex symbol despite constantly taking off his shirt for fans.

"I leave that up to the ladies and people who want to call me that.  I don't toot my own horn.  If you think I look nice then thank my mommy and my dad," he joked.

For Willie the mixtape release is also about more than just sex and music.  It's about him stepping front and center as an entrepreneur and the CEO of his own label, Noivak Music.

"I want to brand my label and that's why the mixtape is out under Noivak.  This way people can identify the label and get familiar with it so that when my artists come out they can trust the brand," he said.

Willie is also slated to get back into the studio this month with Day 26.  No doubt, they will be creating some more steamy songs for listeners.

You can get your freak to Willie's Sex Tape at the stroke of midnight on Valentine's Day when it become available for free download here: www.noivakmusic.com

JizzleJazzle's Horoscope Feb 5 - Feb 12 2010

February 10, 2010 / Posted in Horoscope
Tags: Horoscope / JizzleJazzle

Aries, Leo and Sagittarius:
It’s time to get your Martha Stewart on and I’m not talking jail time.  I’m talking about creating a space of pleasure and relaxation where you can unwind.  So get domestic and add some new curtains to that dreary room, clean up that bathroom with some new bright fresh paint and take the time to create a delicious big ‘ole meal.  Just don’t get mad at me if ya gain about ten pounds afterward!

Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo:
Sometimes you just want to say, “Ho, have a seat!”  And this week you might want to heed that piece of advice.  Now is not the time to be tooting your own horn and trying to get recognition.  It’s best if you lay low this week and eat some humble pie.  Just do what you do and let the laws of nature direct the course.

Libra, Aquarius and Gemini:
Last week I told you to embrace your inner wild child and this week ain’t that much different.  The only change is that wild things are happening to you now.  Expect the unexpected with serendipitous events, little misadventures and some recklessness.  Just don’t get too wild, end up making a sex tape and having it float around the workplace.

Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces:
It’s time to stand up on your own two.  Stop letting others mistreat you in your relationships.  You’re bound to feel hurt, overwhelmed and abused this week from those closest to you so do something about it.  Tell your friends to chill, tell your lover to shut the hell up, tell your kids to go have a damn seat somewhere and tell yourself to get a grip!  It’s your life and don’t forget that you run this ish!

I'm JizzleJazzle and remember don't be good, be fabulous!

The Look of Love Part Two: Valentine’s Day Looks

February 8, 2010 / Posted in Beauty / Interviews / Style
Tags: Anslem Samuel / NakedWithSocksOn.com / Valentine's Day

By Souleo. Last week, we featured the style and dating tips from noted journalist/relationship expert, Anslem Samuel of NakedWithSocksOn.com. Now we are back for part two. Anslem has perused the Jimmy Jazz catalog to select some sexy and classy outfits for your Valentine's Day date. So if you don't want your date turned into a disaster because of the wrong attire then read on to make this Valentine's Day a success from head to toe.

MEN'S Valentine's Day LOOK ONE

Sean John - Storm Flap Button Up
Parish - Life Vest Jeans
Polo Footwear - Ranger Boot

I picked this one because it's a button-up shirt and simple. Bright colors like red can be very distracting and you want the attention on you. The jeans have a nice wash. There is some personality there with the crinkled and distressed effect. The Polo Ranger boots are just classic.

MEN'S Valentine's Day LOOK TWO

Rocawear - Hydrogen Sweatshirt
Levis - 514 Slim Jeans
Adidas - Stan Smith Two Sneakers

It's classy but more of a casual look. The top is a conversation piece for the first date. This works on a more activities oriented date for bowling or playing pool. Also, if you're not into slacks or pants then black jeans helps you get away with it so no one knows it's only jeans.

WOMEN's Valentine's Day LOOK ONE

Coogi - Sateen Dress
Dereon - Fleur Skinny Jeans
Apple Bottoms - Beana Boot

It's sophisticated and sexy without going over-the-top and showing too much of your flesh. The high-waisted belt accentuates the waist and assets. Personally I'm not into logos but this logo is more of an accessory. The jeans are a great wash and show off the figure, while the boot has great details for a complete look.

WOMEN'S Valentine's Day LOOK TWO

Apple Bottoms - Pearl Necklace Top
Apple Bottoms - Studded Skinny Jeans
Bucco - Western Boot

The top goes in a more flesh category. You can tone the top down with a sweater top but in the summer time this works. Overall it's a bit of a sexier look but it's still subtle enough to keep your date wanting more.

The Look of Love Part One: Style & Dating Tips

February 4, 2010 / Posted in Beauty / Interviews
Tags:

By Souleo. Certain people have the look of love: bedroom eyes, seemingly effortless style that accentuates their body and a confidence in their walk that attracts potential mates wherever they go.  Others don't have this look and the fact is that most of us can use some style tips when it comes to dating.  So in anticipation of Valentine's Day JimmyJazz teamed up with veteran music/entertainment journalist and relationship expert, Anslem Samuel to get some insight on how to dress for love.

In addition to writing for XXL, Essence, Vibe, King and more he is the 2009 Black Weblog Award winning founder/blogger of the popular sex and relationship site, NakedWithSocksOn.com.  On the site Anslem covers everything including cheating and masturbation to his hugely popular Wet Wednesday's erotica stories.  Read on below for part one of the look of love interview where Anslem discusses the turn-offs of "panty waste," why guys need to upgrade their style game, how to tell your mate to switch up their style, dressing tips for that ever important first date and more.

On the fashion turn-offs for men:

One thing for sure is panty waste.  This is when women wear jeans and a short shirt with their panty and thongs hanging out.  That's not sexy at all even though you might look.

On the fashion turn-offs for women:

It's a matter of being too casual.  Women get dressed up for a date and for the guy to show up in a white T-shirt and baggy jeans is gonna be a turn-off.  If she is putting her best foot forward you have to as well.

On how to and how not to dress on a first date:

It's a matter of being yourself.  If you're a fashionista show your style but don't go over-the-top.  Some women go too sexy.  There's a balance between the two.  So having cleavage too out isn't advised if you want him to know you and not your body.  For guys a nice pair of jeans and a button up shirt tucked in or out works.

On how to address your mate's lack of style:

It's touchy but ideally you upgrade each other and learn things.  If you're watching TV or passing someone you can tell them you think that outfit would be sexy on them.  That way you make the suggestion a compliment as opposed to telling them what to buy or that you hate what they wear.  It's about being positive.

On his own dating fashion mistakes:

In college a girlfriend and I were having our anniversary.  At the time I didn't dress up.  All I wore was baggy jeans and T-shirts.  So it's the middle of summer and I threw on Sean John pants and his short sleeve sweater 'cause she said wear something nice.  I was so hot and uncomfortable the entire time.  It was a mess.

On when fashion is a deal breaker:

Early on in the relationship there's not that much commitment so little petty things can turn you off.  But if you been with them for years that's petty to break-up over clothing.  Now if the fashion is indicative of negative lifestyle choices then I can understand.  But at the end of the day you're there for the person not what they wear.
