It's almost summer and everyone wants a hot beach body. Check out my tips on attaining a hot look this summer.
Aries, Leo and Sagittarius:
You're as stubborn as they come. You got to go and pig out, gain about 30 lbs. and enter depression before you even consider taking health advice. So I'm not gonna waste my breath stressing how important it is for you to listen to those around you offering health tips. I guess I'll see you on the buffet line, honey!
Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo:
You've got a curious brain this week. With so many diets, exercises and weight loss options on the market you're bound to explore them all. However, simultaneously taking a coffee enema, wrapping yourself up in a sauna suit, submitting to gastric bypass surgery and poppin' weight loss pills is probably not the best combination. So try not to get too carried away, ok boo!
Libra, Aquarius and Gemini:
You're a tad-wee-bit sensitive this week but baby you got to shake that thing. No matter what anyone says know that beauty comes from the inside, deep down within your groin-I mean heart. Hehe. So look in the mirror and known that you're one fierce, sexy hot thang and spread that jelly all over somebody's peanut butter.
Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces
Don't be so hard on yourself this week. You may not be seeing results as quickly as you'd like but give it time. Embrace the period of transition from not being able to find your magic spot because of your overhanging belly to now seeing it in full effect. So park that behind somewhere and let the positive you step forward and shine.

By Souleo. Coogi's vibrant knitwear colors have been a staple on everyone from Bill Cosby to Jadakiss. You can now add to that list rising independent artist, Big Sence. This Brooklyn native has opened for artists such as Akon, Busta Rhymes, Trina and more and is currently putting the finishing touches on his forthcoming mixtape, Uncensored Vol. 2. In celebration of our Coogi Men's Apparel sale we linked with Sence to model a few of the items and give his take on the colors that define his Coogi style, music and personality.
Black:
Even though most of my music is party music I still have edge to it. I want to let people know it wasn't always good. The darkness comes from being raised in the streets of Brooklyn in a rough environment. I saw a lot of things that corrupted the ways I thought. Thankfully I was able to make something positive out of myself.
Red:
It is vibrant and the color of life. It represents the liveliness of the music and my delivery. You will always get a feel good sound from me since I'm always motivated. People look to me to get the party going even outside of music so I amp it up.
Green:
Green represents growth and change. I was a mentally aggressive young guy but I've grown and learned patience. I've realized that music is also about business and having the right timing and luck. So patience is the major thing that has changed in me.

By Souleo. Sometimes it's hard for a man to own up to his mistakes and emotions especially when it comes to love. Such a man is not hip-hop artist, Donwill. As one-third of hip-hop group, Tanya Morgan he is stepping out on his own with the revealing album, Don Cusack in High Fidelity. The release is an ode to Donwill's favorite film, High Fidelity and finds him portraying John Cusack's character, Rob Gordon, as he shares his musical reflections on falling in love, fearing commitment and learning life lessons. Donwill reflected with JimmyJazz.com about his most important love lessons learned and the stories behind them including dating his friend's ex, why he couldn't make love work with a Christian girl and more.
Lesson Learned #1: Speak Up
There was a chick that I wanted to talk to but I played the nice friendly guy and she didn't know how to read that. So she let somebody else holla at her. A year passed and she came to my graduation and asked why we never got together. I'm sitting there feeling silly. At that point we both had our situations and there was no need to tread that. It's like if you're hungry you gonna make a hamburger and not wait for the food to cook itself so you have to speak up to get what you want.
Lesson Learned #2: Be Upfront
There was a chick who I happened to end up talking to who dated my dude. She came onto me more than anything. So I let him know that his homegirl was really trying to stake claim and go in. I asked him what should I do and let him know that I didn't want to violate. He said that it wasn't that deep and to go ahead. The girl and I talked and it didn't turn into anything except us being cool. Sometimes you can't help who you like so if you're in a situation make that phone call and be upfront with your friend. Relationships come and go and your friends will be there so keep it right with your people.
Lesson Learned #3: Don't Force It
I dated a super Christian girl and we tried our hardest to be a couple. She wasn't into the things I was into and it was a mismatch. Not everybody is supposed to be your girl. Just 'cause you're super cool doesn't mean you're supposed to be f****** or in a relationship. So never force love; let it find you.

By Souleo. Every time singer-songwriter, Vivian Green returns to the spotlight not only does she have a slightly new sound but she always has a brand new hairstyle to go with it. The soulful chanteuse first made heads turn with a closely cropped hairstyle; then with her sophomore release she went for a long flowing silky mane; and now with her third release, Beautiful she is rocking an asymmetrical edgy and sophisticated cut. JimmyJazz.com went down memory lane with Vivian to trace the roots of her hair journey.
A Love Story:
When I signed to Sony it was long. Then I broke up with my first love around that time and I wanted a new beginning in every way. So I cut my hair all off. Sony and my management freaked out when I cut it. Many people thought that I was making a political or natural hair statement but I wasn't doing that. I was young and heartbroken and just wanted a new beginning.

Vivian:
Around this time I got pregnant and grew my hair out for the second album. My hair was in the in-between stage. I don't like it at that length. So my hair stylist weaved it and it's fun to do. So if you want a weave do it. That was the first time I ever did it and I had fun with it.

Beautiful:
For the record, I don't put chemicals in my hair and this new look is all mine. So fans will love that my hair is full and thick but I'm not making a statement.

By Souleo. Spring is all about the reinvigoration from a long cold winter. So if you didn't know already it's high time to put away those dark winter colors and trade in your snow boots for some comfortable kicks. To help you select the best spring looks JimmyJazz.com called upon 2 of hip-hop's most promising talents, Panama and David E. Beats. Not only can they rap, act and play guitar but they can also model. Watch out Tyson Beckford!
The two hip-hoppers were styled by Tasha Graham, Ayana Parris and Katrice Corbin to show that this season is all about the right colors (brights and neutrals), fabrics (denim is still a must) and attitude (check out the sense of cool each artist exudes). Fellas if you don any of these looks you're bound to create a heatwave in spring. Now that's hot!

We all gotta work but don't let work, work the hell out of you. Here are my tips on how you can succeed in the workplace this week. Side note: If you're reading this between the hours of 9am-5pm then I guess you ain't working that damn hard!
Aries, Leo and Sagittarius:
You can just sit back, relax and coast this week since for some reason or other the Gods are just throwing themselves at you. You don't have to kiss a**, bust you're a** or do anything a** related to get praise from co-workers and friends this week (unlike most video vixens, ahem)!
Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo:
Don't be so stubborn this week at work because it could cost you dearly. Sometimes you have to listen to that little old lady in the corner cubicle who smells like she eats moth balls and farts month old sour milk. So when she invites you over to heed some advice go on-just bring a gas mask!
Libra, Aquarius and Gemini:
Sometimes you got to give a little to move ahead and this week is all about taking a backseat and being a team player. Nobody likes a bossy person low on the totem pole. So when you feel like objecting just punch yourself in the mouth and go along with the team. Trust me it's worth the pain.
Cancer, Scorpio and Pisces
Stop being so damn nice this week! You've got co-workers that are taking advantage of you honey child! They got you bending over backward and ain't using no lube! Child how can ya stand the abuse? So next time a co-worker throws their work in your lap you open your legs and let it fall to the ground and make them bend over backwards. No lube, honey!

By Souleo. When recording artist, Trina first arrived on the scene she made heads turn with her colorful, scantily clad outfits that rivaled some of Lil' Kim's raunchiest looks. Since then Trina has evolved into one of hip-hop's most sophisticated divas with a penchant for exotic furs, studded jewels and the latest designer handbags and shoes hot off the runway.
For Trina the evolution is a reflection of her personal maturity and exposure to some of the fashion world's elite talent.
"As you grow and become wiser and more mature you also become more sophisticated. Personal changes force you to evolve to a different level. Back then I was young, wilding out and putting on the littlest outfit and shortest costume. Now with meeting new designers it has pushed me into a whole other perspective," she said.
One of the directions Trina's exposure to fashion has pushed her into is the development of her own lip gloss line. The line is named after her upcoming album release, Amazin' and will be available this May.
In the meantime, read below for Trina's top three style essentials.
One:
I must have a pair of Louboutins. They hurt really bad but look really fab.
Two:
I'm such a girly girl so I love my Mally lip gloss. Your lips should always look glossy and sexy. I like natural colors, pastels and pinks.
Three:
I need a nice bag from Valentino, Versace, Chanel and Hermes. A hot bag can really set your whole outfit off.

As Trina promoted her upcoming release, Amazin' she spoke to JimmyJazz.com to answer the questions: our new feature which puts your favorite celeb's on the spot to reveal some intimate details. Read below for Trina's thoughts on male rappers, her need for sweets, why she's a "Naughty Girl," and more.
Stop the hype: Guys are most overrated and it overshadows the females in the hip-hop game. We don't get the respect we deserve. I work just as hard as the guys but when there are 5 males and one female then nobody cares.
I can't get enough: Sweets. I love cupcakes and sugary stuff like red velvet cake. I like all the sweets that you're not supposed to pig out on.
Currently crazy about: My man.
I wish I could: I want to be Wonder Woman. I would raise the invisible plane and keep guys in check when they ain't acting right. I'd also have super women behind me.
Favorite designers: Roberto Cavalli, Versace and The Blonds.
You'd be surprised to know: I'm actually really funny. I like to have fun and laugh and do silly goofy stuff.
I dance in my underwear to: Beyonce's "Naughty Girl."
The one thing that makes me a good lover: I'm very submissive.
By Souleo. Lee Charm is a rising triple threat who can sing, dance and model. With his boy next door charisma and tender R&B vocals, New Jersey native, Lee could easily fill in the shoes for Usher, Omarion or ahem, Chris Brown. Yet, he's not interested in filling anybody's shoes but is instead focused on carving out a lane all his own.
On his quest to takeover the entertainment industry, Lee has shared the stage with artists such as Sean Paul, Ciara, T.I. and more. Lee's debut EP, Prince Charming is in stores now.
Read on to learn what you should know about Lee:
His parents are ministers:
"In the beginning it was strict 'cause they were young ministers and it was by the rules. I can remember no commercials or anything that contained 'devil stuff.' As they got older they realized it's more to Christianity than 'you can't do this or that.' It made me better and gave me morals."
He's holding firm to his beliefs:
"Even if I wasn't in entertainment and in a regular job there'd be certain things to do to maintain my job that may not be in accordance with my religion. Yes it's difficult at times 'cause there is so much temptation but I feel like I don't do what I don't want to do. You can pursue music but just be able to live with yourself at the end of the day."
He paid dues as part of a boy group:
"It was hard to keep a group with two or three personalities and conflicts in the group. I was always the mediator and great at pulling things together. There were things in my mind I didn't agree with and sometimes you have to be a peacemaker. But I'm pretty much done with groups now."

and Empowers Women. By Souleo. Shante Broadus is on a mission. It begins by partnering with the Lupus Foundation to raise awareness about the disease and ends with empowering young women all over the world. Let's start with Lupus.
Presently there are1.5 million Americans diagnosed with this autoimmune disease and most victims are women. For Shante that was enough information to get involved immediately to make a difference.
"Women like me are affected with lupus and most don't know about it. So I'm out here to get awareness for it to save lives," she said.
In joining the cause Shante is now more inspired and motivated than ever to give back through her, I am S.H.A.N.T.E. Foundation.
"After seeing how I am helpful with lupus it makes me want to help our inner-city girls so much more. Everybody may not have a disease but there is something else wrong. So it inspired me to go harder with my own organization," she stated.
Shante's foundation targets inner-city girls 7-18 years old and teaches them life skills such as employment training, safe sex and more. It's inspiring to see Shante being a living example of such responsibility by giving back and helping others.
