On November 19^th, 2011, Blackman's Block Productions will debut the film, "Welcome to Harlem" at the Apollo Theater. "Welcome to Harlem" is a feature-length musical comedy film that is written, directed, drawn, filmed, designed and choreographed entirely by artists living in Harlem, NYC. The film explores themes of friendship, love and community as a group of young artists try to find their way.
