Rapper 2 Chainz burst onto the scene last year with a few hit tunes including "Mercy" and "Birthday Song," and he's now looking to expand his blossoming career. Chainz will soon be heading to a TV near you, thanks to an upcoming guest appearance on the CBS hit comedy, "2 Broke Girls," according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Chainz will reportedly play himself in the episode set to air on February 11. The rapper made sure to let fans in on the good news by posting a video and pictures of his time on the show to his Twitter and Instagram accounts. In a photo with the comedy's stars' Kat Dennings and Beth Behrs, Chainz jokingly writes, "2 Broke Girls, one rich black man."
In a more heartfelt tweet, he takes a moment to count his blessings. Chainz tweeted, "God continues to do wonderful things for me and my family."
The rapper is certainly having a good year - aside from being able to rock the hottest sneakers and hip hop clothes, he is also up for a Grammy Award. MTV News reports Chainz is nominated in the Best Rap Album Category for a song off of his album "T.R.U. story." The episode of "2 Broke Girls" featuring Chainz airs the night after the award show.
Do you like 2 Chainz? Will you watch his acting debut?
