Apple iOS 7 updates to make life easier
Apple is known for constantly updating its software to help users get the most out of their iPhones, iPads and other devices under the brand's name. Despite its rather common changes, Apple's latest, the iOS 7, is reportedly the "most significant" update since the iPhone first came out, Freshness magazine reports.
Perhaps one of the least important, but most pleasing, changes will be an update to the home screen. Instead of just simply seeing the app icons and parts of the home screen photo, users will now view a layered look that allows for a "parallax effect" to show movement. Other improvements include better multitasking capabilities, filter options within the iPhone camera and a Twitter integration option for Siri, so users can have the automated voice type and post tweets on the go.
The system update falls in line with another major piece of news from Apple, the creation of iTunes Radio. USA Today reports the music streaming service won't be available until fall, but similar to Pandora, Apple's version will be free with ads. Fans can also upgrade to iTunes Match for a $24.00 annual cost to stream ad-free.
