Big news from J. Cole
It's been an exciting week for J. Cole. While performing in the Theater at Madison Square Garden, the rapper was joined by a few special guests, who made his 29th birthday all the more memorable: Jay-Z and Kendrick Lamar. According to XXL magazine, K.Dot came out during the second half of the show for "Forbidden Fruit." Later, Jay-Z took the stage with the Roc Nation MC for "Public Service Announcement." Hov even gave Cole his original Roc-A-Fella chain.
Meanwhile, J. Cole has some other big plans up his sleeve. He recently announced that his Dreamville record label will be partnering with Interscope Records. The news came via Twitter, and the celebrate the deal, he released his 11-track "Revenge of the Dreamers" EP, a project that features Dreamville's entire impressive hip hop roster.
"A gift for you from Dreamville. Celebration. Thank you for the Birthday love. Much Love to Interscope," he tweeted.
