Countdown to the Annual Jordan Brand Classic

The NCAA Tournament may be over, but another big event is coming up that showcases promising players that could potentially go pro: the 13th annual Jordan Brand Classic. On April 18, some of the best young talent across the country will head to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. for three epic battles on the court.

An International Game kicks off the series at 2:30 p.m., followed by the Regional Game at 4:30 p.m., which the official website described as "City vs. Suburbs" showdown. The main event is the National Game at 7 p.m., which attracts some of the top amateur players from across the country. Not convinced these players are worth keeping an eye on? Consider the fact that Carmelo Anthony, Chris Paul and Blake Griffin all attended the Jordan Brand Classic before they made it big.

Of course, a major highlight will be the kicks these up-and-comers are sporting. According to Stupid Dope, teams will be lacing up the latest Jordan styles, such as the new Melo M10.

Even if you can't make it to Brooklyn, you can watch the National Game live on ESPN2.

What new Jordans do you expect to see?
