Finally, a new release date for Chris Brown's 'X'
Fans have been waiting with baited breath for Chris Brown to announce the release date for his sixth, and possibly last, studio album, "X." According to Vibe, the album was originally slated to drop July 16, but has been delayed due to a series of complications that are not the hip hop artist's fault. Recently, the Twittersphere was given reassurance, though, when Brown posted a series of numbers which indicate the new date "X" will hit stores: 111913, or Nov. 19, 2013.
There's a significance behind the album's title, which is the Roman numeral for 10. Complex magazine reported that Breezy began his singing career when he was 14, or 10 years ago. His birthday, May 5, also adds up to 10. "X" may be Brown's last album, but considering it features Kelly Rowland, Kendrick Lamar and Rihanna, he seems to be going out with a bang.
Are you hoping CB sticks around the music scene for a while?
