'Glee's' Dijon Talton is making music
Most people may know Dijon Talton as a football player on the hit TV series "Glee," but acting isn't the only thing he's interested in. BET reports Talton, known for wearing a mix of high fashion duds and hip hop clothes, recently released his debut R&B single, "Wild Out," and is looking forward to spending more time working on his music.
The single is described as "a feel good project that takes you on an exciting journey, a deep roller coaster of love, finding purpose, the lows of a breakup and the journey of pursuing love again."
Talton will soon be making the video for the song and it will be directed by his cousin, actress Meagan Good. Although he has music on his mind, Talton won't be giving up his day job just yet. He recently starred in the independent film "I Will Follow" alongside Blair Underwood, and he will be on the big screen later this year in the horror-comedy film "Chastity Bites."
One place you won't find Talton anymore is the set of "Glee," as his character no longer exists. He took to his Twitter page to discuss the news with his fans, WetPaint.com reports.
"Hey guys, as many of you have heard, inquired or assumed I will no longer be on GLEE, for reasons that are completely out of my control," he wrote according to the news source. "However, I will always love, appreciate and cherish my GLEE family and the incredible experience/journey we experienced together."
