Happy Jordan Anniversary, Melo
It's hard to believe it's been more than 10 years since Carmelo Anthony's first signature Jordans were released. To celebrate his decade of dope kicks with the brand, legendary Nike designer Tinker Hatfield collaborated with the pro basketball player for a special shoe that combines form, function and innovation.
The newest Melo M10 is not your average sneaker. Though the shoe features a simple star black and anthracite upper, the crimson red details on the outsole and tongue lend some serious edge. Meanwhile, the Melo chrome heel counter adds some subtle flash.
The release couldn't be more well-timed. In a recent match between the Knicks and the Bobcats, Anthony managed to rack up a 62-point outing and in another game against the Cavaliers, he finally broke the 19,000 point mark.
