"Hollywood Exes" coming to TLC
Move over "Basketball Wives," TLC is looking to make its own version of the popular and sometimes controversial show and it's set to book some women with very famous exes. The Huffington Post reports TLC is looking into casting a variety of women who are exes of celebrities and professional athletes.
Shaniqua Tompkins, the ex of 50 Cent, and Liza Morales, the ex and mother of Lamar Odom's children are both reportedly signed on to the new series. A source tells the HuffPo the reality show, "Hollywood Exes," is set to be the real deal.
"This show isn't going to be fake reality show," the insider told the news source. "It's going to reveal the truth about a lot of men we thought we knew."
BET reports the show may also star the ex-wives of famous celebrities like Will Smith, Prince, Jose Canseco, Eddie Murphy, R. Kelly and Keenan Ivory Wayans. It's rumored Babyface's ex Tracey Edmonds and Sandra "Pepa" Denton of Salt-N-Pepa may also star on the reality TV show.
Odom may get a bad rap on the new show, a far cry from the loving husband and uncle on the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" franchise, according to the Huffington Post. It's expected that Morales will discuss the infidelity inside her and Odom's 12-year relationship along with his role in their children's lives.
