Pharrell Williams (1973-Present)

Singer/Song Writer - Rapper - Record Producer - Fashion Designer

Pharrell Williams, best known by single name "Pharrell," has turned the music scene upside down-in such a good way. His music mood range is so extensive, filled with catchy hooks and hot beats that it has caused him to literally explode onto the music scene.  His songs display funk and hip hop roots along with everything in between.  His very first single titled, "Frontin," dropped in 2003 and he eventually released his debut album in 2006 called, "In My Mind." His main accomplishments include winning 7 Grammy awards, producing monstrous hits for various top artists (such as Kanye West and Snoop Dogg), and co-founding trendy clothing lines like Billionare Boys Club and Ice Cream. These days you would be hard pressed to find a radio playlist or personal music collection or movie without one of his songs.  Animated films Despicable Me and Despicable Me 2 both feature original songs by Pharrell that have added the magic into the movie that we know today. He is set to release his second album sometime this year.
