J. Cole Brings Out Drake and Kendrick Lamar At L.A. Tour Stop
J. Cole treated Los Angeles concertgoers to something special when he hit their town for his “Dollar & A Dream” tour. Cole played two back to back shows at L.A.’s Belasco Theater on Wednesday night, and at both sold-out shows, he surprised the audience with a big guest appearance.
For the first show, Cole brought out Drake who performed “Trophies,” “O To 100” and “Worst Behavior.” Drizzy proclaimed, “These are the only two kings in the game right now on stage,” as he stood next to J. Cole. But ironically, or not so ironically, there was another special guest who could have claimed the same thing.
At the second show, Compton’s own Kendrick Lamar took the stage and performed “Poetic Justice,” “Backseat Freestyle” and “m.A.A.d city.”
Not bad for a dollar.
