J. Cole's tour just got longer
Fans apparently didn't get enough of J. Cole on his "What Dreams May Come" tour, so the rapper is adding on multiple shows across the U.S. and Canada.
According to MTV News, the new leg of the tour launches in Vancouver, BC Jan. 14, and comes to a close Feb 1 in Mashantucket, Conn. Other cities he's stopping in include Washington D.C. and Montreal. His concert at Madison Square Garden in New York City will likely be a highlight - not only is this his adopted hometown, but the show is also on his birthday, Jan. 28.
It's no surprise that Cole made the decision to extend his tour. The Source noted that the first leg in early September completely sold out with 4,000 fans cheering at the James L. Knight Center in Miami, Fla. He continued to perform for full houses in San Francisco, Toronto and other cities. It only took mere minutes for his Los Angeles show to sell out.
Tickets for the second edition go on sale Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. EST.
