JT and Jay-Z set to headline major London festival
Fans of the new bromance between Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z might be anxiously awaiting word on whether or not they'll be going on tour. Even though news of a potential tour is still under wraps, Live Nation recently announced the duo will be together to headline London's Wireless Festival in July.
The festival, which takes place on the grounds of Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park July 12 through 13, will also feature a variety of other top name entertainers. Friday night's lineup includes Snoop Dogg, Frank Ocean and Miguel, while people attending the event on Saturday will get to see Rita Ora, Emeli Sande and Calvin Harris.
The Telegraph reports even though Timberlake and Hov are both set to be at the festival, they are listed as performing on separated days - Timberlake on Friday and Hov on Saturday. However, some fans are optimistic the two performers will hit the stage together on one or both nights.
Tickets for this year's event go on sale February 22, and London's Mayor, Boris Johnson, is excited to host the event at Olympic Park.
"It proves that our fantastic Olympic Park is now a destination of choice for world class musical events," Johnson told the newspaper.
