By Souleo Great, things happen at rallies and protests: people unite over a common cause, they raise awareness and sometimes they actually create real change. At other times a protest simply means finding yet another opportunity to laugh at funny signs, outrageous tactics and miscommunication. It's all here after the jump.
Signs of the times
For any protest to be successful you definitely need signs. But do you need comical ones that are misspelled, have punch lines and random drawings? Not necessarily, but it's worth a good laugh.
Blinded by glitter
Here is one reason why you never want to piss off a gay guy with glitter in his bag. And by the way, what is the deal with that closing line by the security officer? Dude, really?
Know your enemy
Sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between a protester and a supporter at a rally since they all sound the same, right? Well, that's Sarah Palin's logic for confusing some of her supporters as protesters and telling them to basically shut it.
