Pharrell, Jeezy and Busta Rhymes all have a hand in T.I.'s next album
T.I. totally changed the game plan for his next album. Initially, the rapper planned to release a follow-up to "Trouble Man: Heavy is the Head" from 2012. Instead, he decided to go in a different direction with an LP titled "Paperwork: The Motion Picture" that, true to the title, will offer a theatrical listening experience. Not only will the forthcoming album feature Jeezy, Busta Rhymes and Justin Timberlake, but also, Pharrell Williams, who just won the Grammy for Producer of the Year, is the executive producer on the project.
In an interview with XXL magazine, the Atlanta-bred rapper said all the collaborators have high standards for this LP, but they've been making major progress in the studio.
"We are just working," he told the news source. "We are gonna continue to keep working until we get it right and challenge ourselves and raise the bar of excellence. Just push ourselves past our limitations as much as we possibly can."
There's no release date yet for "Paperwork: The Motion Picture."
