Shaq surprises fans in Harlem
Legendary baller Shaquille O'Neal has certainly lived up to his larger-than-life attitude over the years. From playing practical jokes on his former teammates to telling fans where he is via tweets, Shaq continues to garner plenty of attention despite retiring from the NBA.
Most recently, Shaq surprised fans and basketball enthusiasts alike in Harlem, when he showed up at the Reebok-sponsored Entertainers Basketball Classic held on the courts at Rucker Park. Even though some people might have assumed the athlete stopped by to enjoy some street basketball, he was actually on hand to promote the release of his famed "Shaqnosis" kicks, Freshness magazine reports.
According to the news outlet, Shaq was also in attendance to coach Team MMG. The pro basketball star wasn't the only celebrity to show support for the tournament - rapper Vinny Cha$e performed during the halftime show, and Fat Joe and Lil' Cease were at the event as well.
