Tim Tebow for president?

New York Jets quarterback Tim Tebow has yet to see a lot of playing time this season, which may leave him with ample opportunity to consider occupations post-football. AOL Sporting News website reports the QB has been leading some to think he may have a future in politics.

Tebow recently made his political aspirations clear during an interview with ESPNNewYork.com. The football player told Rich Cimini he is open to the idea of one day entering politics.

"I haven't ruled it out," Tebow said in the interview, according to the news source. "Whatever avenue I feel like I can make a difference in, I’d love to do. I haven’t ruled out anything like that. It won’t be anytime soon in my future, but it’ll be something I’ll at least look at and consider one day."

The popular (among the ladies) QB discussed his political desires again in the October issue of Vogue Magazine.

"There are a lot of goals and ambitions that I have in life, things I want to accomplish," Tebow said in the upcoming edition. "Who knows? I mean - it could be politics one day. I want to have a life that can help people."

Could you see Tebow as president someday? Do you think he would be a good leader?
