Which rappers are changing the world?
For the third year in a row, Forbes kicked off the new year with its "30 under 30" issue, which highlights artists, innovators and entrepreneurs who are having a big impact on culture and society. It's no surprise that a slew of hip hop stars made the list this year, and they were in good company alongside CEOs and other innovators.
So which rappers got a nod from Forbes? Naturally, Drake, whose recent album debuted at No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard 200, and Kendrick Lamar, who is up for seven Grammy nominations, were both on the list. Additionally, Forbes named J. Cole and Wiz Khalifa as major players. This is the third consecutive year that Khalifa has been in the issue.
