I honestly have never celebrated christmas but there is something that I look forward to every year...the giving. There is a lot of giving that goes on in Atlanta and for the past 11 years I have witnessed the out poor of love and kindness from the Frank Ski and Wanda Smith morning show on V-103. They give year round but during the holidays the give 10 fold. It amazes me that there are people in this world that have such big hearts. It makes me want to fo more for others. I think that's what the holiday season should be about anyway...giving to those in need.

Christmas is a very touchy subject for me because I lost my mom on Christmas day last year. Its a very sad day and a very happy day as well because my 2 kids age 9 and 2 look forward to this special day as well. Being a father you have to do certain things and wear a certain kind of face to motivate others and my children look up to me so I cant let them see me cry on this day. My oldest understands. When I asked him what he wants for Christmas this year suprisingly it wasnt presents he just asked if he can go with me to new york to visit my mom at her grave so he can drop off her present.
