Chris Brown has a major diva tantrum; Wyclef Jean gets "grazed" by a bullet but some don't believe him; and wrestler, Anthony Robles who was born without his right leg becomes a champion. It's a mixed bag after the jump.
Chris Brown needs help

So when you're angry do you normally throw a chair against a window and run outside with your shirt off? Well, yes if you're Chris Brown. The troubled singer had a public meltdown after getting angered by "Good Morning America," co-host, Robin Roberts for bringing up the topic of his physical assault on Rihanna during their interview. Chris has since "apologized" for his actions but few are buying it including the commenter below. It seems as if Chris needs to truly get some mental health treatment and stay away from chairs.
"I hope this is a WAKE UP call...he definitely needs new handlers for sure. I believe he thinks what he did was 'cute' not realizing it could cost him his freedom. He needs to go sit down somewhere and stop being a baby."

Wyclef, who shot ya?

Was he or wasn't he remains the question surrounding Wyclef Jean's alleged shot in the hand. During the height of Haiti's Presidential elections, Wyclef appeared on CNN stating that a bullet grazed him but Haiti police authorities say he was cut by glass. Some commenters believe Wyclef may be pulling a publicity stunt. Hmm, can't say I would put it past him.
"I thought much of the same thing about Wyclef's character when he was attempting to run for the President of Haiti. Some people will do almost anything to get a headline. I'm not at all surprised with these developments...this man has absolutely zero creditability!"

An unfair win?

You can't tell Anthony Robles to break a leg because he was born without his right leg and he is still a major success in sports. Anthony is now the NCAA wrestling champion in the 125-pound weight class after defeating Matt McDonough from Iowa. As inspirational as this story is not everyone thinks it was a fair match. What do you think?
"big advantage imo...he's missing 25% of his bodyweight, so the rest of him is WAY bigger and stronger than the other wrestlers...plus, he's so hard to practice for...congrats to him though"

The world lost one of the greatest soul singers ever with the passing of Teena Marie; meanwhile R&B singers Chris Brown and Raz B engage in Twitter beef and the iPhone and Hotmail deliver some unexpected glitches. The world stops making sense after the jump.
The Ivory Queen of Soul Passes

The world of music lost one of its greatest voices as Teena Marie went to sit atop a milky cloud and serenade the angels above. Teena was a groundbreaking recording artist who proved that soul music has no color, as she became one of "blue-eyed soul's" most successful artists. With an astounding body of work that includes such timeless hits as "Portuguese Love," "Ooh La La La," "Fire & Desire," (which featured her mentor and funk legend, Rick James) "Square Biz" and more she will always be remembered for being true to her talent, passion and musical mission.
"Tee was seen as odd when she first rolled up cause of her milky white skin contrasting with an all-cocoa coated surrounding. We were lucky she decided to play to the beat of her soul."

Chris Brown and Raz B Make Fools of Themselves

Whether it was out of desperation, boredom, or just plain old ignorance it seems that Chris Brown and Raz B couldn't resist pushing each other's buttons on Twitter this past week. Apparently it all started when Raz B called out Chris for "disrespecting" Rihanna, which led into a spiral of accusations, insults and violent threats. SMH. As this commenter notes Chris acted foolishly but so did Raz B. Grow up and make some decent music you two.
"Twitter has a block function for a reason. CB should have clicked it right off and save himself all this nonsense...Typical immature kiddie behavior...It's how YOU respond that determines if you're mature or not. Takes 2 to tangle...Obviously CB wanna play. Dont feel sorry for him."

What a Glitch!

Some folks had the inconvenience of ringing in the New Year with missed appointments and limited access to email. Well you can blame it all on the iPhone and Hotmail. Users of the iPhone complained after the non-recurring alarms failed to work for 2 days, while Hotmail users complained about missing emails from their accounts. The commenter below seems to have hit this nail right on the head.
"Well between this and iPhone calendar failure, sounds like the Y2K bug is 11 years late."

By Souleo. Hip-hop is finally growing up. More and more we are starting to witness the slow rise of the infamous sagging pants and the end of the whole white tee phenomenon. Stars like Chris Brown and Fabolous are now sporting a more polished hip-hop aesthetic that is bringing the focus back on style and away from just bling-bling.

Fabolous' casual sophistication is captured perfectly with this Southpole button-up:
paired with this Essentials cardigan:
Now with the top half out of the way it's time to complete the Fabolous look with these Levi's jeans. Even though Fabolous' jeans are ripped you can get away with a cleaner cut jean that compliments the overall look:
Finally, these Rocawear sneakers add enough funk to set the look off:
On the flipside of things, Chris Brown opts for a strictly college varsity inspired look that you can achieve starting with this Essentials plaid button up shirt:
and Champion jacket:
Of course you can't do preppy without a touch of khaki and Essentials has you covered with these khaki colored cargo pants which add a rugged flair to the look:
Lastly, make it all pop with these Creative Recreation sneakers featuring a stunning blue strap and shiny leather:
With either one of these outfits you're bound to be at the head of the class when it comes to the new school of hip-hop fashion.
By Souleo. Chris Brown's tears; Mel Gibson's obscene rants; Janet Jackson's live comeback performance; yet another sports star arrested for acting a fool and illegal immigration. It's all here in this week's round-up. Check it.
Who Says Men Don't Cry?
According to the commenter below if you ever want to know if someone is faking their tears or not just look for snot. If the snot is flowing the truth is showing. While this assessment is a bit uh, unorthodox, the commenter is on-point by noting that Chris Brown's career has been given new life thanks to his snot-nosed inspired tribute to Michael Jackson at the BET Awards.

"Baby you don't have to explain yourself I felt it through the TV you hear me, like someone said "YOU COULD FAKE TEARS BUT YOU CAN'T FAKE SNOT." Give my boo a break!! take your mouths off his d**k its no more cum left."

Mel Gibson, Tiny and Pigs
Mel Gibson has gone off the deep end yet again after allegedly being recorded by his ex Oksana Grigorieva, saying "You're an embarrassment to me. You look like a f-king pig in heat and if you get raped by a pack of n-ers it will be your fault." Aside from Mel's pathetic racist rant what baffled me and others was the "pig in heat" reference. No one quite knows what one looks like but according to the commenter below, T.I's fiancé, Tiny might be a good point of reference. Wow, I don't think Tiny deserved this one but it sure was funny.

"missy says: did this thingg say "look ike a pig in heat" ..How the heck does a pig in heat look like... have you ever seen a pic of Tiny?"

Ms. Jackson's "Nasty" Crotch Makes a Comeback
We all might want to stand at least 20 feet away from Ms. Jackson because apparently her crotch is a fire hazard. Well, not exactly but according to this commenter Janet burned the roof off of the Essence Musical Festival with her flaming vagina and dynamic comeback show. You gotta love a Stan who goes all the way in!

"Janet, you're p**** was on FIRE! Snatching wigs left and right. YAAASSSS!"

Gun? What Gun?
If you asked most people whether or not they are carrying a gun they'd be able to answer with a confident yes or no. Cleveland Browns defensive end, Robaire Smith is not most people. When he was pulled over at the Flint's Bishop Airport he told the officers that he did not know he had a loaded gun in his luggage. For that reason alone, I agree with this commenter that perhaps he's had one too many footballs to the head.

"These guys need guide dogs. The dogs would provide the brainpower that they appear to lack."

Over the Borderline and Then Some...
President Barack Obama recently addressed the issue of immigration in his first such speech since taking office. The question is can we really handle more illegal immigrants with the recession we are experiencing here at home? According to the commenter below the answer is: hell to the no! While the commenter is wrong to stereotype all illegal immigrants, the issue of just how much more we can handle as a nation is one that demands serious consideration.
"Our President calls for not one, but three amnesties (comprehensive, DREAM, and AgJOBS) when so many Americans are out of work. Whom exactly does he represent. 15 million Americans are out of work, and a further 10 million cannot find a full-time job, at a time when 8 million illegal aliens have jobs. Millions of American families are having trouble paying their mortgage and putting food on the table, but you seem to be more concerned with protecting individuals who have stolen American jobs and broken American laws and are poiusoning our country starting gangs and bringing more and more drugs over our boarders. Any comprehensive amnesty for illegal aliens are just plain wrong and goes against the wishes of the vast majority of the American people. 25 million Americans are either unemployed or cannot find a full-time job provide amnesty ????? HOW BLIND IS THIS WHOLE SITUATION??????"
