Jimmy Jazz "WIN FRESH GEAR FOR BACK 2 SCHOOL" Facebook Contest Rules

Contests are open to anyone 13 years of age or older except promotional partners and employees and immediate families of Jimmy Jazz, their successors, agents, affiliates or subsidiaries.

No purchase necessary. Sign up at Jimmy Jazz's FaceBook page as a Facebook account is necessary to participate.. To be a valid entry, participant must include first and last name, e-mail address, mobile phone number.  Jimmy Jazz is C.O.P.A. compliant and participant's information will only be added to the Jimmy Jazz mailing list.  One winner per household for the grand prizes or runner up prizes.

Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable or refundable. Jimmy Jazz reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value should a prize or any portion thereof become unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Jimmy Jazz.

Winners will be sent prize packages via mail.  Picture identification is required for eligibility and will be required to be faxed to us before release of prize(s). Once a prize is mailed, it is with the express written consent of the winner and, therefore, at the winner's risk. Jimmy Jazz is not responsible for a prize once if has left the office via common courier.  Winners forfeit prizes not claimed within 30 days of winning.

Payment of any and all federal, state and local taxes is the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners will receive an IRS 1099 form for prizes valued at $600 or more. The value of the prize will be stated on the waiver and on any and all corresponding tax forms. A winner has the right to forfeit the prize, and another will not be awarded in its place.

For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners and participants must sign a liability waiver prior to receipt of the prize. Pursuant to the liability waiver, winners and participants agree to hold Jimmy Jazz, E & J Lawrence Corp, Fox Searchlight Pictures, their corporate licensees, parent corporations, promotional partners, sponsors and officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims and/or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the prize and/or contest.

By participating in contests, winners and participants agree to have their name, hometown, voice and/or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to contests and must sign a waiver stating so prior to receipt of the prize.

There is no purchase necessary to participate in Jimmy Jazz contests.

Contests void where prohibited by law.

Contest rules may vary with individual contests. Contests are governed by these general rules and any additional and/or amended rules.

Jimmy Jazz reserves the right to amend contest rules anytime. Any changes to rules are available in writing and effective upon announcement. The decision of Jimmy Jazz management with regard to Jimmy Jazz contests is final. By participating in contests, entrants, winners and guests agree to be bound by contest rules. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in disqualification.
