She's a strong woman and she gets stronger with each tear according to her latest album title, so if she cries for being on this list we guess it's all good.  This dress is not a complete failure at all but Mary, I just expect more from you.

Niecy Nash

I love her personality but the ruffles don't compliment the sparkles, and those sparkles don't compliment that damn flower which means none of it compliments Niecy.

As he appeared onscreen channeling Mr. Rogers with the sweater, I just had to change the damn channel.

Although this is more movie premier than Grammy attire I give her a pass just for looking so damn good in it.  The body is looking great too, Ms. Hudson!

Watch out Nicole, this pussycat is purring something sexy with her tight fitting dress and flawless hair and make-up.  A great combination of an elegant and sexy look.

Black Eyed Peas

They always keep it funky and interesting without overdoing it (hint, hint: Lady Gaga).  Plus, the men in this group are some of the most creative dressers in the industry.  We rarely see dudes rocking it out like this.

Speaking of the Lady Gaga I realize that she is so out there with it that you have to judge her by a different set of standards.  Based on those standards (I don't quite know what they are) she passed in this eye-catching science meets fantasy "creation."
