In the pantheon of all-time great Air Jordan 11 colorways, the “Cool Grey” palette ranks among the silhouette’s best, despite its non-OG status. First appearing on the feet of the G.O.A.T. during his Wizards days, the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 11 was a neck-snapper that veered far away from the typical Bulls-themed trappings of yesteryear.

 

Since its initial launch in the early aughts, the “Cool Grey” 11 has been rereleased only once – that was back in 2010. To the chagrin of Jumpman purists, the offering bore updated, lower-cut patent leather mudguards, leaving fans yearning for a proper 1-to-1 rerelease of the greyscale sneaker.
