What if my order is cancelled?

When a customer places an order on our site, there is a pending authorization/“pending hold” on the account. We do not charge our customers until their order has shipped. If your order is cancelled, the pending authorization on your account for the amount of your order will drop, releasing those funds back into your available account balance within 2-7 business days.

How much do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping and handling charges depend on the shipping method you select and the zip code of your shipping address. You may get your exact shipping & handling fees once you have all your items in the shopping bag and you add your zip code. You will then be able to see all shipping method options with the fees associated with that shipping method from USPS Economical to Next Day Air.

What is our Standard shipping method?

Standard shipping is the default shipping method. It is not available for orders that contain Limited Release items and/or orders with more than 10 lbs. Standard shipping is $7.95.

Does JimmyJazz.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, JimmyJazz.com ships to Alaska and Hawaii as well as to Military locations. Please note packages being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Parcel and packages being shipped to Military (APO/FPO) locations are shipped via USPS Priority. Standard shipping/ handling rates will apply. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Express shipping is not available on USPS Parcel and USPS Priority. You may track your orders at USPS.com.

Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?

Yes, they will be automatically saved in your shopping cart, but realize, all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis and an item's availability and pricing are subject to change. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be available at a later time. What if I refuse a package because I want to return the entire order?

Orders shipped which are refused by the customer and restocked for reasons not pertaining to JimmyJazz.com are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the merchandise value. This fee, as well as the shipments handling/ delivery charge, will be deducted from the corresponding credit.

How do I exchange a product?

Sorry, we do not process exchanges. If you are unhappy with an item purchased at JimmyJazz.com simply follow the instructions on Jimmyjazz.com/returns. We will process a full refund on the original item (shipping is not refunded) and send you an email confirmation. You may contact customer service for additional information and for updates with your return. * Please note when you use our return label option on the website, there is a $6.95 return fee for this service which will be deducted from your credit.

How to process a return?

Returning your order on JimmyJazz.com is quick and simple!

JimmyJazz.com wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchasing price. Shipping/handling fee, gift box, gift wrap, or other charges are non-refundable.

The item(s) must be sent back in new and unused condition, store tags attached to merchandise and original packaging. Footwear must be in new, unworn condition, in its original shoebox, packaged in a separate outer box when returning. Personal items including but not limited to all undergarments, watches, underwear, swimwear, headphones, and body jewelry are non-returnable. If an item is returned in any of the conditions mentioned above the item(s) will be sent back to you at your expense.

Step 1: Process Return Packing Slip and Return Shipping Label.

If you do not have an account, you may return your order from the Return Your Order page.Log in to your account from the Sign In page. Under Order History, locate the order number which contains the item(s) you wish to return and select it. Click the Returns link located adjacent to the Order Number and Order Date. Select the return quantity from the drop-down menu next to each item you would like to return and click on the “Create Return Request” button. Print the Packing Slip and Shipping Label.Please Note: If your return will require two or more boxes, only select the items you will be sending in the first box and continue. Once the return is complete, go back to the Order History screen and repeat this process to print additional return labels for each additional box.

Step 2: Pack your items and attach your new return label. 

You can use the original Jimmy Jazz box you received, or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return. If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them. 

Step 3: Drop off the return package to your local FedEx Ground facility. 

Once the package is picked up or dropped off, please allow 5 – 10 business days for your transaction to be processed. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received and credit processed. Refunds will be returned to you by the method of payment you chose for the original order and can only be applied to the same credit card. Your credit from JimmyJazz.com will reduce by $6.95 for this return shipping. There are no exceptions to this policy.Alternatively, you may use your own method of shipping and you are responsible for postage/insurance. We strongly suggest you add insurance for tracking purposes in case of a lost or stolen package. Please fill out the return form at the bottom of your packing slip, and include it with the merchandise along with your invoice that came with the purchase. Package your return item(s) and mail back to the following address:

Are any items non–returnable?

No, if you purchased an item in the store, your merchandise can be returned for store credit to any retail store location, but not through JimmyJazz.com. Please note, the store return policy differs from our online return policy.

If I buy an item online, can I return it to one of the Jimmy Jazz retail stores?

No, if you place your order online, your merchandise must be mailed back to us for return processing. You will not be able to take it to one of the retail stores for a credit, exchange or refund.

Yes, we collect sales tax in locations when there is a legal obligation to do so.Actual taxes charged are calculated based on state and local taxes of the location where the order is being shipped. In some states delivery charges and gift wrap are also subject to tax. The taxes that appear in your order during checkout are estimated and may differ from taxes you are ultimately charged.
