Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

Additionally, Jimmy Jazz collects personal information when you register or placed an order with JimmyJazz.com, register for the Fresh Selects Rewards Program, when you buy or return in Jimmy Jazz Stores, when you visit Jimmy Jazz pages or the pages of certain Jimmy Jazz partners, and when you enter promotions or raffles. Jimmy Jazz may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners or other companies. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, birth date, gender, ZIP code, occupation, industry, and personal interests. When you register with Jimmy Jazz and sign in to our website, you are not anonymous to us.
When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including payment method and credit card provider, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
Jimmy Jazz uses information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
How to we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Jimmy Jazz Mobile App
The Jimmy Jazz Mobile Application does not store personally identifiable information. We do not allow unauthorized publishing or disclosure of people's non-public contact information.
The Select a Store feature of the Raffle Program uses the device location to determine which Jimmy Jazz stores to present to users. The mobile app may use your location in the background to provide users with a personalized user experience.
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for the “Verified and Secured” badge located in the website footer, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
