Store closures


Jimmy Jazz Stores will be temporarily closed to help curb the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor developments across the globe and will make adjustments as needed.


You may be able to sign up to join our mailing list or to receive notifications from us. If you sign up, we may from time to time send you an email or literature with information about one or more of our promotions and general information about us. You can unsubscribe at any time by the means set forth in that communication.


30-day return extension 


Due to the circumstances around store clousres, we have extended our return policy window.We will accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after our stores reopen for items bought online and in store. This policy extension covers online and in-store purchases made after Feb. 1, 2020. Any items bought in stores or online after that date can be returned 30 days after the stores reopen.


To complete in-store return/exchange 


Items must be accompanied by a receipt, invoice, order confirmation, or shipping confirmation and repackaged in the original boxes if applicable. All labels must be attached.

We're taking every step to process orders, returns, and exchanges as quickly as possible, but we want to protect all associates working in our distribution centers and facilities during this time. Our shipping partners are taking steps to protect their employees as well.
