Safety measures in response to COVID-19

Currently and due to the multiple impacts of COVID-19, here at Jimmy Jazz we are taking extra precautionary measures to protect the health and safety of both you and all of our associates. We wanted to let you know that means online order shipments and customer service response times will take a little longer than usual. 

We are working to get all of your orders prepared here and out to our shipping partners as quickly as possible. As you can imagine, our shipping partners are also experiencing similar challenges that they are working through. Thank you for your patience during this difficult time that we are all experiencing and we look forward to continue servicing you through Jimmy Jazz.

Want to find out where your package is?

Follow your order to your door with these three simple steps: 

  • Open your order confirmation email. (If you didn’t receive one, please contact us) 
  • Click on your tracking number. (It should be a number something like this: 12345) 
  • Track your order! (Your click should take you to your carrier’s tracking page. All the tracking info should be right there)

If your click doesn’t work for some reason, just copy your tracking number, go to your carrier’s tracking page, and paste your order number into it.
